The music is something amazing, it's incredible the changes it may produce in human behavior. And it's also important to say that hearing different types of melody makes you feel good, sad, bad and so on. The songs may transmit aspects of your life in a determined moment. I admire the good singers. Because they make an great job entertaining us. Recently, artist are so diversify that there is a song for every one and every moment.
Many of us, probably do a lot of things while listening music. And if you think in some of the following points like me, my estimated reader, you will laugh a little bit. Here are some activities that I've seen that we make while listening music:
Running. I have to admit that this is one of my favorite, :). I love music while running because it keeps me going on until the end of the path without even thinking about the distance. Mentally, music helps you putting your mind positive, with energy, happiness, with all you need in order to completed your route.
Reading. Sometimes while reading, if there is a lot of noise around me, I usually take my headphones and start reading. It's makes me feel focused. I consider that most of the time, I may grasp more knowledge doing it this way. And I know many of the readers, maybe think the same.
Cooking. In the kitchen, everything has to be just in the right quantity even your mood (if your mood it's not so good, maybe you're going to cook not so well). And what it's better than turning the radio on and let the magic happens in your kitchen. Music may help with our feelings.
Working. Jobs sometimes may stress you. Actually, depending on the work, people feel more confident and with the willing to do the job while listening to music. Obviously, that only happens in some cases. But, back to my point, what I mean is that music can make your time at work a little bit more pleasant.
Taking a shower. This is a funny one. Because I know that many people maybe have a neighbor who sings horribly while taking a shower. Nonetheless, I can take for granted that, the person singing feels good. To be honest, even when we sing not loud, we express many emotions and frankly it makes people happier.
Sleeping. Sometimes it's difficult to sleep because of various reasons. In that case, at least in my case, when I listen to quiet music, I sleep better and faster. Depending on how my day was, that night if I listen to music I feel better.
So people, what I said above it's just my opinion about activities we do while listening to music. Hope you agree at least in one activity with me.
