Today, I have many questions in my head. I think some of them are just by moments but other are constantly there. I suppose many of the ones that read this blog, have the same situation. To be honest, I consider that writing about what is happening right now in my mind is a good idea because I could help somebody or someone could give me some constructive advice.
The first topic is when you're married, that in the house is just you and your partner. Here in my country is common to have a person that give you the service of cleaning the house and putting every thing in order. The domestic service is not expensive and that's why you may see many couple with a maid at home. But here comes the issue, I consider that while you don't have kids at home, having a maid is overrated. Of course is easier to have someone to do the dishes for you, cooking and so on. But for just two people, with a good organization and communication, doing the dishes can become a time to talk.
Now a days, the life goes faster and I understand that it's better to find your house totally clean when you arrive, I agree with that. But you also put in danger your privacy. Besides, you have another person at your house. But what is really making a sound in my mind, is .. Why people say opinions about your situation without even thinking about you? ... having a maid or not is your decision, no matter what the society says.
Another point is, when the couple decide to have a baby or if the baby arrives without any plans or they simply don't feel they 're prepared for a baby. If you have a baby, I respect your experience in the process of having a new life at home. But don't push, the couple that don't have one. Stop doing that. Every one have a different point of view about that new step in life. Actually, what you may do is to give positive advice, constructive opinions that help the ones that are almost in that new part of life.
